Rachel is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is passionate about helping children with feeding difficulties and using nutrients for optimal health.
She is a qualified SOS food therapist working with children with picky eating. Rachel has firsthand knowledge of the frustrations associated with feeding problems and has a warm, understanding approach with families. She is also qualified to treat all types of nutrition-related chronic diseases, and has a special interest in helping people break free from emotional eating.
Rachel has completed a PhD specialising in the use of omega-3 fatty acids for people with chronic kidney disease. She has published five papers and spoken at international conferences in this field. Rachel has taught nutrition and dietetics at university level. Rachel loves keeping up with the latest research on all things nutrition and can help you use the latest science to achieve your goals.
