Natasha McGregor is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Paediatric Dietitian.

Natasha is passionate about helping families feel confident in their approach to feeding their child and for the child to enjoy their foods and expand their diet with ease.  As a mother herself to 2 teenagers, she understands the everyday demands placed on families and the complexity of having a neurodivergent child within that as well.

She provides families with empathy and care to achieve their individualised nutritional goals in a practical, supported and realistic way.   Enjoyment of food and having fun is essential in this process with children so you can expect to have a relaxed and friendly manner from Natasha, and some silly jokes and faces in your sessions!

Natasha studied a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) at Queensland University of Technology and has completed relevant professional paediatric training including:

  • Medical Nutrition Therapy in Food Allergy and Intolerance
  • Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding
  • SOS Advanced Workshops:
  • Food Scientist Model: Adaptation for the School Aged
  • Feeding the Child on the Autism Spectrum
  • Dietitians Essentials: Treatment of Eating Disorders

Natasha specialises in the following areas:

  • Babies and Toddlers: Cow Milk Protein Allergy, enteral feeding and transition to blended diet and feeding difficulties.
