Some of the challenges that children and parents face can be difficult to handle alone. Paediatric psychology can be a valuable service to help you and your family work through and manage these challenges together.
Ben Tuppack is a child and family psychologist working in partnership with Greenslopes Paediatrics to provide holistic paediatric psychology services in rooms located at the Greenslopes Private Hospital.
You may find Ben’s services particularly helpful if:
Your toddler or child is exhibiting unusual behaviour, such as extreme mood changes and impulsive, distracted or oppositional behaviour. Your child is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Your toddler or child is experiencing anxiety, depression or fears, including social shyness. Your child is experiencing toileting or sleep difficulties. You are experiencing post-natal depression, parenting anxiety or if you feel you need assistance adjusting to parenthood. Your family is coping with grief, loss or the diagnosis of chronic disease or serious illness of a family member. You have been advised to further investigate childhood disorders or issues such as Autism, Intellectual Disability or Giftedness.
